This is the weighted sum of individual interest rates, as at the end of the reporting period, on any interest-bearing liabilities on issue, other than deposits and debt securities, where the weights used are the corresponding balances expressed as a share of the total balance. The interest rate is the contractual rate to be paid to or received by the customer/counterparty/debtholder.
